The main update is a protocol vault that holds all the the assets added to pools.

It also improves gas efficiency and enables customisable AMM logic, with smart pools enabling specific use cases.

The upgrade will also introduce governable protocol fees, with the community able to decide how they should be used.

Yearn will now mint 6,666 YFI, bringing the total to 36,666.

1/3 of the minted supply will be used to reward key contributors, as the project did not initially allocate any tokens to these key contributors. The remaining 2/3 will be added to the treasury for the community to govern.
